Terms of Service

We at PennyPlace value the customer more than money. Here at our TOS you can see how we handle issues

  • We wil always give the customer an option to get a refund if we can't deliver a product anymore. If it gets patched for example. The customer can choose to get a refund in crypto or in shop credit, shop credit has a 15% bonus. We cannot refund in card/paypal/cashapp. By buying you accept the fact that in case you need a refund, you only have these options.

  • if you are eligible for a refund, you can alternatively choose to wait until we can deliver the product again. In that case your warranty period will of course be extended, optionally for extra long if this takes a long time.

  • By buying you agree that in case of any technical issues the delivery of the product might be delayed, in this case you will contact us within 48 hours. Or longer we don't care lol, but its best to contact us asap to get any issues fixed asap. For technical issues we might compensate, but this depends on the situation.

  • In very special situations we can take up to 48 hours to reply (almost never happens). We know this is unfortunate, but it's not a reason to make a scam report or chargeback. By buying you agree that it might take up to 48 hours for us to reply, after this you have a right for compensation. If we don't reply on a specific platform after 2 days, contact us on discord.
